OFSTED and SIAMS Inspections
OFSTED
We are delighted to share with you the outcome of our recent Ofsted Inspection (June 2025).
We are proud to inform you that St Anne’s CE Primary School and Nursery has been judged as GOOD in all areas.
The inspection highlighted many of the strengths we have worked hard to develop as a school. Ofsted recognised that:
‘Pupils are safe and happy at this welcoming and nurturing school. The school’s motto ‘You are the light of the world’ shines through every aspect of school life.’
‘The school is ambitious for the achievement of its pupils. Pupils respond well to this and work hard to reach this ambition. This is seen in their enthusiasm for learning.’
‘Effective leadership and improved governance have strengthened the school. Leaders at all levels know the school and its community extremely well.’
We are incredibly proud of our pupils, staff, and the entire school community for achieving such a positive outcome. This report is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and shared vision that we all contribute to daily. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our parents and families – for their continued support. Their involvement in school life and their partnership with us plays a crucial role within our school.
As always, we remain committed to continuous improvement and to providing the very best education and care for our children.
Celebrating Our Christian Vision
We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent SIAMS inspection (June 2025), which recognised the strength of our Christian Vision and Values and how they underpin every aspect of school life.
The report highlights our inclusive, nurturing environment where all children are valued, supported, and encouraged to flourish. It acknowledges our commitment to developing the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually—and the way our Christian ethos shapes our daily life, relationships, and community engagement.
This positive result reflects the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our pupils, and the support of our families and church community.
