The Orchard
St Anne’s Primary School and Nursery offer a full Wraparound provision, run by school staff who are familiar to the children.
Fun, engaging and interesting activities are carefully planned, including something for everyone!
Sessions run from 7.30am-9.00am and 3.00pm-6.00pm (5:00pm on Fridays).

How much does wraparound cost?
- Please note, we are not open after school on the last day of each term. Before we break up for Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays.
- *Wraparound closes at 5:00pm on Fridays
- If you drop off before your booked session, or collect later than you have booked you will be charged the additional cost for the previous or next session.
- Late collection after 6:00PM (5:00pm on Fridays) incurs a £25 late collection charge.

How do I book?
The online booking system for St Anne’s Primary School and Nursery’s wraparound childcare can be accessed by visiting https://st-annes-primary.cbfs.uk/
The account registration process is completely free and should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. All that is required is for you to provide details for:
- The account holder (you) and your child(ren)
- Two different emergency contacts
- A payment card (no payment will be taken, but a card will be required to make bookings)
Once you have registered an account, you will be able to start making bookings straight away. To do so, you can simply log in to your account and use the ‘Bookings’ dropdown menu at the top of the webpage.
- Permanent, regular bookings can be made at any time, ad-hoc bookings can be made up-to 5 weeks in advance.
- All bookings must be made 48 hours in advance. We cannot accommodate last minute or on the day bookings unless it is an emergency situation, and these must be made by phoning Childcare Bookings – 01444 523335
Where is wraparound located?
- The Orchard is located in the main school building, across the front playground. Head to the double doors that have “The Orchard” signs up in the windows.
- Drop off and collection should be made here for all children, including those in Nursery.
- Please be aware that at collection time the main school gate to access The Orchard might be locked, for safeguarding reasons. If it is please call the mobile number displayed in the notice board located by the main gate and a member of the wraparound team will bring your child/ren to you.
